A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS... 💜

My lovelies,

Thank you for walking this journey with me.

Over the years, since I first announced Omolola TalksTV, many of you believed in the vision from day one. Others quietly thought, "She'll soon get tired and move on."

The truth is... both sides were right.

There were days I felt like giving up. There were moments when the weight of building something meaningful became overwhelming. But one thing about me is this I was raised to persevere. Whenever I became tired, I rested. I never abandoned the purpose that God and life placed in my heart.

That purpose is Omolola TalksTV.

What started as a simple dream has gradually grown into something bigger than I imagined. Through our website, we have explored conversations that matter. Together, we created Yàrá Ìkẹ́kọ̀ọ́, where we preserve our language and culture one lesson at a time.

Now, I am proud to officially introduce Yàrá Ìtàn, a space where we will preserve our history by telling the stories of those who came before us the heroes, heroines, leaders and ordinary people whose lives shaped who we are today. History deserves to be remembered truthfully, and we will do our best to preserve it for generations to come.

This September is especially emotional for me.

On 18 September, it will be exactly 20 years since I lost my beloved father.

Twenty years.

Not a single day has erased his memory from my heart.

Losing my father at such a young age changed the course of my life in ways I could never have imagined. It forced me to grow up earlier than I should have. It taught me lessons I never asked to learn. It introduced me to pains that many people never saw behind my smile.

Because of those experiences, I have decided to open another chapter within Omolola TalksTV.

It is called My Perspective.

This will be my personal corner, a place where I will share life lessons, reflections, and conversations that come from real experiences. It will be a safe space to encourage young people, especially young women, who are trying to navigate life with strength and dignity.

My heart is particularly with girls who lost their fathers through death, separation, or divorce. I understand that journey more than many people realise, and if my story can give even one young girl hope, then every difficult experience I have lived through will have served a purpose.

This new chapter is not about pretending life is perfect.

It is about choosing hope despite pain.

Choosing wisdom despite disappointment.

Choosing purpose despite every reason to quit.

Welcome to a new era of Omolola TalksTV.

We are growing.

We are preserving history.

We are educating.

We are inspiring.

Most importantly, we are building a community where kindness, knowledge, and positive thinking can flourish.

Life becomes more meaningful when we surround ourselves with people who inspire us to become better.

Thank you for believing in this vision.

The journey has only just begun.

With love,
